Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 31, 2026
One Heart Family Ministries ("we," "us," or "our") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit www.ohfm.org (the "Site").
Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide through forms on the Site, such as your name, email address, and phone number when you contact us, sign up for updates, or register for an event. We do not require you to create an account to use the Site.
Donations
Online donations are processed by a third-party provider (Blackbaud eTapestry). Payment card details are entered on and processed by that provider's secure forms — we do not collect or store your payment card information on our servers. Please review the provider's privacy policy for details on how they handle your information.
Analytics and Cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site — for example, which pages are visited and how long visits last. This is the only tracking service we use. Analytics data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
Google Analytics only runs after you accept cookies in the consent banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and the Site works normally. You can also clear your browser cookies at any time to reset your choice.
The Site uses cookies for two purposes: remembering your cookie-consent choice and, with your consent, analytics. Embedded videos (such as YouTube) may set their own cookies when you play them, governed by the video provider's privacy policy.
How We Use Information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, send updates you have requested, process event registrations, and operate our ministry programs. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Third-Party Links
The Site contains links to other websites, including donation forms, social media, and partner organizations. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
