All families MUST register in order to shop at foster closets
FAMILY REGISTRATION FORM
After registration, take a picture of placement letter, adoption/guardianship court paperwork and email to vpcloset@ohfm.org and/or closet@ohfm.org depending on which will be your primary location. Bring paperwork with you if this is your first time shopping.

Valley Park Location Open hours: Monday & Thursday 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. & Second Sunday of the month 3:00-5:00 p.m.
If you would like to make material DONATIONS TO CLOSETS
We accept children's clothing sizes preemie through children's 18, children’s shoes up to size Youth 3, diapers, wipes, brand new socks and underwear, toiletries and baby equipment/items that are in good condition and not expired.
We do NOT accept toys, books or stuffed animals. All items donated should be in good usable condition free of stains, rips, Etc. We do not use clothing that contains the wording, “mommy”, “daddy” or features alligators or monkeys. Please check with us before donating luggage as we have limited space to store.
Donations can be dropped off at either location during open hours. You can also use the links below to purchase items on the Amazon Wish lists and they will be mailed directly to the closet.

Donations needed for these items:
General Items:
- Baby towels & Wash clothes
- Size 6 diapers
- Socks & underwear (boys and girls sizes)
- Preemie clothes & diapers
- Baby swing
- Winter coats & boots (new or like new condition)
Fall/Winter Clothing:
- Boys sizes: 6-9 mths, 2T, 7,12,14,16,18
- Girls sizes: 0-3 mths, 18-24 mths, 7,8,12
Spring/Summer Clothing:
- Boys sizes: 6-9 mths, 18-24 mths, 2T
- Girls sizes: 0-3 mths, 6-9 mths, 3T, 7, 10
Financial Donations to closets
Financial donations made will be used for both locations unless donor requests otherwise.
